"AMAZING!!!!"
Ok, so I haven’t tried on the product I purchased YET.. because I bought 7 serums all at the same time during this quarantine and I’m working on it one by one! So this review is for their customer service which is EXCEPTIONAL! It is EXCELLENT! I would give them 10 stars for their customer service if I could! So I basically ordered the serum and entered a wrong email =,= so i never got my order confirmation and I was worried.. I was definitely charged for it but how could I not have gotten a confirmation email? So after waiting 2 days, I hopped onto their website to contact them and I got an email response right away in less than hours! They helped me fix that problem and I had other questions too so I sent about 4 emails in total and all of them were replied to me in less than 24 hours!!!! They are AMAZING when it comes to customer service! Plus, I got my serum in less than one week after placing my order!!! My #1 priority is customer service and making sure I actually get my product in a fashionable timely manner! They were spot on! Thank you so much!
